Check-in at the house is possible from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, the house must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
Prices and Availability
High Season: June 15 to September 15, plus the May and Autumn school holidays.
During this period, the house can only be booked on a weekly basis.
The price per week during high season is €1,325.
Low Season: April 1 to June 15 and September 15 to October 31 (excluding the May and Autumn school holidays).
During this period, the minimum stay is four nights.
The price per night during low season is €155.
For each booking, a security deposit of €250 and cleaning fee of €175 will be charged.
Payment Terms
At the time of booking, a 35% deposit is required. This must be paid immediately upon receipt of the payment request email, and no later than two weeks after receiving it. Once the deposit has been received, a confirmation email will be sent.
Cancellation and Rental Terms
The cancellation policy, as well as the full payment and rental conditions, are described in detail in the document “General Information and Rental Terms.”
It is recommended, if desired, to take out your own travel or cancellation insurance.
